Mixwell Bar

Love the atmosphere at Mixwell. Felt welcomed and safe. Service is fabulous and staff are friendly. Shows are brilliant.

Great Drag! Friendly quick service! Very busy bar in Jl Dyanapura right next to Bali Joe. Most nights packed (but especially Saturdays)

On Thursdays it was half full but come Friday the bar was packed. I had a lot of fun and meeting new people is super easy. Lot of people traveling and seeking fun. Loved the shows. They were good!

Mixwell clearly focuses on making their customers feel good and given the attention they want. They really do make an effort to remember you by face, country or name. The drag shows are fabulous and the girls faces are painted funny! I met Karen for the first time. I hear she is very famous drag queen, I was just standing by and she introduced me to an Australian man, her friend. Karen insisted.. and we both said..why not.. we kept each others company for the night at the bar.. LOL . #BlackinBali

An excellent, lively bar. Great music, friendly bar staff and hosts, regular excellent drag shows, hot go go boys (or as the Indonesians call them "sexy dancers"). A good, friendly mixed crowd of foreigners and local Indonesians, all ages. Don't even think about arriving before 10:30, busiest from 11-2, open until 3. Bali Joe is next door if you want to bar-hop. Recommend.

Both bars are full all the time, crowded, shows are ok, gogo dancers come on to you after every show - moneyboys out to make money. Who can blame them? Plenty of custom but its a murky side and its a sleazy side. Mixwell always has the best gogo but all on the game, stds are rife, toilets disgusting...watch out for pick pockets.
