Frankie J’s is a 21+ LGBTQ+ neighborhood bar in Nashville’s Germantown area, serving cocktails, beer and Mexican comfort food in a relaxed, local setting.

The bar has a friendly, community-focused feel rather than a big-club atmosphere, with regular drag shows and events hosted by house mother Trinity Monroe. There’s also a front patio, and well-behaved dogs are welcome on leash.

Frankie J’s is a good option if you want somewhere sociable and low-key away from the louder Church Street venues. It also supports local LGBTQ+ causes, including Nashville Launch Pad.
