I was thinking about going but I find reviews important. Reading the amount of negative reviews here. I’ve decided to give it a miss

You must pay the massage and a minimun trip. But in the middle of the massage, the masseur ask you an extra and huge trip for extra service. I refused it and he ended massage before the time. I came out angry

I don’t usually post negative reviews but I had to on this one. Booked online for 60 minute 4 hand massage. Address was wrong so took me a while to find the place. The men were very cute and seemed sweet at first. Massage was ok at best. Guys kept leaving the room and they ended it 15 minutes early. It had told them I wanted massage only, no happy ending or sex. The one still tried it which I refused. Both guys then demanded 300 baht tip. If you’re looking for a good massage avoid this place.

I grew up getting amazing massages and had not found a good place in Saigon. This was it! Do it! Get a massage here - it was professional and amazing.

I expected something different reading all reviews... Maybe it was early. Maybe bad luck. I selected and paid for a 90‘ body2body thai massage. I got a 60‘ not body2body (i guess the guy had no clue about it) and requested to tip him more. The worst massage in Saigon for some time. And more expensive than most of the other options!

I had a massage at Cool Spa yesterday. The massage was good, the masseur was friendly with good skills. They didn’t use that much oil. About the service afterwards... when I came down, other guys where like hanging lazily on the sofa. Overall good, not excellent yet.

Massage wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but far from the best. The ending felt abrupt, and the lack of technique was pretty evident there. My masseur was pretty skimpy on the oil, even after I requested more. Honestly, every time I requested something he’d work on it for a few seconds and then go back to his same “technique.” I’m a little sore and probably have some friction burns. Tread lightly here. On a positive note, the place is clean, and the VIP rooms are nice.

I had an excellent massage here! The space is beautiful, and everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

All masseurs' photos were photoshopped, so it was quite hard for me to tell the one I picked was the same one. He was quite abrupt, and as far I could tell, he did not want to be there. The massage was felt like a body rub - no particular techniques. He finished the session about 20 mins earlier - I booked for one hour. He gave him $300,000 for the tip, he asked for more, I said "no", and when I paid, I realised the sum was not added up, so I asked to see the tip sheet (at the end of the session, I was given a piece of paper to write a tip amount) and found out it was altered. I made a complaint and the answer I got from the reception staff was "it was an error". I left unimpressed and felt ripped off.

Bad experience. You have to pay 300k tip! The masseur you choose is not the same you get. Totally unprofessional.

The massage was a bit mediocre, to be honest...There was no choice of masseurs, and it felt more like a body rub than a massage.
